Position Summary:

The Dispatch Coordinator manages each technician’s daily calendar and schedules tickets for future work. Successful candidates will detail oriented in regards to documentation and scheduling. Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset is a must.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Plans and adjusts technician’s schedules to ensure proper coverage at client sites
  • Assigning tickets within close proximity to reduce drive time
  • Regular customer communication via phone and email
  • Regular dialog with technicians to optimize their daily schedule

Position Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Detail oriented and Self Motivated
  • Capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work both individually and in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to absorb and retain information quickly
  • Ability to demonstrate client sensitivity and empathy

Technical Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic IT terminology preferred
