Dispatch Coordinator

Position Summary:
The Dispatch Coordinator manages each technician’s daily calendar and schedules tickets for future work. Successful candidates will detail oriented in regards to documentation and scheduling. Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset is a must.
Position Responsibilities:
- Plans and adjusts technician’s schedules to ensure proper coverage at client sites
- Assigning tickets within close proximity to reduce drive time
- Regular customer communication via phone and email
- Regular dialog with technicians to optimize their daily schedule
Position Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Detail oriented and Self Motivated
- Capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both individually and in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to absorb and retain information quickly
- Ability to demonstrate client sensitivity and empathy
Technical Requirements:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic IT terminology preferred.
