I would like to sincerely thank you for coming to the rescue by helping me with my login situation yesterday. Our conference was held in Batavia, Ny yesterday at 1:00pm and I was having prolems logging on to my 30 mins before the start time. Randy was able to quickly gain remote access to my PC and resolved the problem effortlessly within in very small window of time. The conference turned out to be a success and there were no technical issues or delays after his fix. Please accept this note as a token of my appreciation for the amazing response time and fix that was done “right on the spot”. I value great service in my personal life and while at work. It’s the little things and piece of mind to know that our company has technical support when needed no matter what time of day or the location.
