When we began in 2004, our Founder, Ryan Markham, focused on Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services. His specialization inspired the company name. However, he quickly recognized the need to offer a variety of IT support services. Soon, we began to broaden our expertise and hire employees experienced in managing IT.

Sarah Markham joined Ryan in 2008 as Vice President, and together they expanded our organization. Today, QualityIP has nearly 50 employees with certified IT Technicians in Managed InfrastructureManaged IT SecurityManaged Cloud, and Managed Support.

In addition, we offer QuickBooks and LEADS certified support, customized procurementvirtual CIO capabilities, and more. And, yes, we still do phones. As a Premier Partner with Cisco we offer the best phone solutions in the industry.
