I am happy to recommend QualityIP to any organization looking to enhance their IT.   For the past year QualityIP has worked very hard with the City of Ravenna during a tough transition phase. Quality IP has done a great job helping our small business. It is an understatement to say that none of us in the office are very tech savvy. What a great day we had at Alternative Surface Grinding in Brunswick!  There is nothing like seeing your partner pull up in his QualityIP van to take the lead on an install.  In less than 8 hours we upgraded the company to a faster and secured private fiber optic internet access, did onsite computer maintenance and security training, and with remote help from the QualityIP team we tested and migrated the database to our new server structure and set up the secure remote log in apps for all employees.  The day ran so smoothly Charles (our account manager) and I had time for a nice lunch and some selfies!

I would like to sincerely thank you for coming to the rescue by helping me with my login situation yesterday. Our conference was held in Batavia, Ny yesterday at 1:00pm and I was having prolems logging on to my 30 mins before the start time. Randy was able to quickly gain remote access to my PC and resolved the problem effortlessly within in very small window of time. The conference turned out to be a success and there were no technical issues or delays after his fix. Please accept this note as a token of my appreciation for the amazing response time and fix that was done “right on the spot”. I value great service in my personal life and while at work. It’s the little things and piece of mind to know that our company has technical support when needed no matter what time of day or the location.
